Any person wishing to publish, exhibit or broadcast photographic reproductions must make a written request for permission by completing an Application for Reproduction Permission. This application may be mailed, emailed or faxed to the contact information below. Fees may apply. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for processing all reproduction applications.
No object or its image may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means – electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without prior written permission from the Registrar. The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens reserves the rights to review, approve, restrict or deny the reproduction or other replication of any of the works of art in its collections. Decisions as to the commercial use of the collections require careful consideration of both the integrity of the object and The Cummer’s reputation as an educational and research institution. Any such use will be subject to conditions specified by The Cummer. Any replication must be clearly noted as a reproduction along with the appropriate credit line identifying the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens as owner, and giving the source of acquisition.
